The hotel has a convenient location with easy access to nearby restaurants. Rooms are neat with good wifi and hot water in the bathroom. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is a potable water dispenser on the second floor, which is convenient for travelers. the hotel offers fast service, and it's great for budget-friendly stays.
The hotel's credit card machine does not work for international cards, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

Celebrating the New Year in the beautiful city was an exceptional experience. The hotel provided excellent amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a potable water dispenser that was easily accessible on the third floor. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and provided helpful tips on the best restaurants to dine in the city. The location was perfect as it had easy access to public transport and was centrally located to many tourist attractions.
The only downside to my experience was that the hotel did not accept international credit cards. It was inconvenient as I had to withdraw cash every time I wanted to make a payment. Although they had a restaurant right below the hotel, which accepted international cards, it was disappointing to learn that the hotel’s credit card machine was not working for international transactions.

We had an amazing time during our city break at this hotel. we really appreciated the fast and neat service provided by the staff. the hotel's infrastructure was really good and budget-friendly, making it a great value-for-money option. the location was simply superb, allowing us to easily explore the city on foot.
We faced a major issue during our stay. The credit card machine did not work for our international cards, which was surprising given that it worked at the restaurant downstairs.
